I have a quart of shrimp stock in the freezer. What do I do with it?

Use it sooner than later...

...I made shrimp stock and kept it too long(frozen)and it was awful. I don't think it keeps as long as chicken stock.

 
Thanks for the hint. It's always so disappointing when that happens-especially if you put a lot

of time or other ingredients into what you make with it.

 
I've been told my my fish monger not to keep frozen fish longer than 30 days...

I wonder if that suggestion might also apply to fish stock?
