the hard frost that's expected tonight. I know what I'll be doing this weekend (roasting) but maybe can keep a few downstairs until Thanksgiving and even Christmas? Think they'll last (uncut, not bruised, and wiped with alcohol)?

 
I've kept them throughout the fall, just keep an eye on the undersides

I once had a pumpkin that looked fine give off just a bit of damp on the bottom and my wood table paid the price.

(I don't think they will last all the way till Christmas but I've had some from before Halloween that made it through Thanks giving.)
