I love this soup.....so easy to prepare and delicious. I must say I only use 1 Tablespoon of Sriracha Sauce as that is plenty spicy for us.

I watched him prepare this on "The Chew."

My basil plant is about done and I can't find decent fresh tomatoes. I am happy to have a new, non-growing-season-dependent tomato soup to try. Did you strain it?
