Check the salads for this month. I love the sound of the Peach Chicken Salad. There is a wealth of recipes here. Click on Food and be sure to check the Archives. I check this once a month for the new recipes.

Thanks Gay, and I love the photo of Hotel Del on the cover. It

is such a beautiful old hotel with a fantastic beach. If anyone is ever in San Diego, go and have breakfast at their outside restaurant. It overlooks the beach and is just such a nice relaxing way to start your day. It is also the hotel where they filmed "Some Like It Hot", and old Marilyn Monroe movie. I love this hotel, if you can't tell. Thanks Gay, now to go look at the recipes.
