left over pate de foie gras and Roquefort cheese with a smear of hot Polish mustard and a Clausson garlic dill is about the most decadent hamburger I've ever had. Using up left over dinner party stuff is so much fun!
Now, if I only had summer tomatoes to add to it I would reach Hamburger Valhalla.
