She suggested using Potato Buds and spices for the dry mix. Then mixing an egg in with salsa for the wet.

I didn't have salsa, so I used "Bone Suckin Sauce" instead. I dipped chicken and potato wedges in the wet, then dry, baked them for 45 minutes and they were really good.(Pre-baked the potatoes 1/2 way as suggested)
