Any ideas? Oh, almost forgot, I bought a can of green salsa too. I used that on Jamie Oliver's chicken in the oven now (no hot peppers handy). And then from last week there's raspberry hot pepper jelly too, all on the clearance rack! Not neccessarily to use together.

It was funny when I read the ingredient list on the jar of adobo. It listed only salt and garlic. And then there was a low-sodium version of it... so what is that... um, garlic?! lol

No clue about the adobo...but I'd be using the chutney with

just about any grilled meat I had.

I'm in love with just about any pepper jelly. Pour them over cream or goat cheese and spread on crackers, or use as a sandwich spread.

Green salsa...we do deja food wrapped up in tortillas, with shredded cheese ans salsa

Thank you - I did add it to Jamie Oliver's chicken the other night. The ingredients

are - I have the jars (Goya brand) in my hand right now - are:

Salt, granulated garlic, tricalcium phosphate (prevents caking), oregano, turmeric

The low-salt version is:

Salt, potassium chloride, granulated garlic, tricalcium phosphate (still prevents caking), oregano turmeric

Big sign on the jars - WITHOUT PEPPER (like that's a selling point?)

I always thought adobo was something completely different, and bought the jars out of curiosity.

I use it in quite frequently. I use it in Spanish Rice. But you can also sub for rec: that suggest

salt; given the other ingredients mix. (ie I would not add to a Soy Sauced based marinade...)
