and we had them for today's dinner. Wow are they good. I boiled the ravioli and made a browned butter with whole garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs and tossed in the pasta. I plated them sprinkled with lemon zest, Parmesan and fresh black pepper. This is the first time I have bought the fresh pasta and the sausage and beef is so tasty.
