products on the shelf...Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves.

So I bought a jar online, also Blackberry Chipotle Oven & Grill Sauce, and Jalapeno & Ancho Chili Jam.

There are other things I want to try but this is a good start, wouldn't you say?

On a similar note I am always looking for new sauces/glazes for chicken and pork loin. Not long ago I picked up a bottle of Mango Coconut Pepper Sauce from my local gourmet health food store. It is SO delicious on chicken breast. I sauteed them in a pan til browned, then spread the sauce over top and put it in the oven for a few minutes for glazing.

The Mango Coconut Pepper Sauce is made by the Tropical Pepper Co.

I had gotten some of their products here at Williams Sonoma many years ago and then found out their farm was just down the road from my MIL so we go there every time we visit her and bring back lots of goodies. Their horseradish products are great! Love their mustard dip.

Marsha - yes! I bought that same kind (hot pepper rasp.) and they...

also either ran out, or didn't restock it for some reason (maybe it's our mild tastebuds here in the northeast!). Its wonderful!! I love it over cream cheese, with crackers.

 
Dawn, thanks for the idea, I wouldn't have thought of cream cheese, yum! It flew out the door

according to the saleslady.

We can order it online now, thankfully!
