the show back on March 2, 2008 and perhaps I missed it. I was pleased to find the recipes for her 'Sara's Weeknight Meals' series on her website.
My question is about leftovers. Is it possible to make a full recipe of Cataplana or a paella and have the dish including shellfish reheated? I'm talking about clams and mussels only (I've reheated shrimp). Do you just take them out of the shell before reheating the next day or can you keep them intact? Or, will they become funky/rubberized? I don't want to halve the recipe.
