I ordered from ereplacementparts.com on Thursday morning, it shipped same day. Received Saturday and after watching the instructional video on the site, replaced that part in about 1 minute.

I love when things work that way!

 
I think this is one of the best things the internet provides. DIY how-to instruction.

Not for everybody, I know, but for those of us who have the gumption, it is a good thing.
