Well, my niece lives on Long Island and her husband is a detective for the terrorist squad in Manhattan. A few weeks ago, they put all officers on street duty because so many NYC police are out wth illness (over 5,000).

To avoid endangering his wife and two little girls, my brother and SIL picked them up and brought them back home here to western PA to stay with them until...things are safe?

My niece is a vegetarian and so yesterday I made the Green Curry dish and sent some home with my brother. Imagine my joy when they sent this photo today: Olivia is only 3.5 years old and is giving a thumbs up! to the dish. Her mom says this is the first "new" (ie: vegetarian) dish she has accepted in quite a while.

It took me until 67 before I was brave enough to try it. I just got bested by a three & a half year old!!

With Thai curry paste, the difference between green and red is simply the color of the chilies used
