Hey M, it's rough! Yesterday I overdid it - I had 4 to be exact. After that, I
froze the rest. Basically, I try to eat dessert only twice a week (and I consider 4 of these cookies dessert!), but I still have a small amount of chocolate during the rest of the week. It's for health reasons only - I need the endorphins and antioxidants. Ha!
Believe it or not, I've been losing weight - I think it's because I've been eating smaller portions in general (not including these cookies - LOL).
