not yet. No good mangos to be found, so I might change my menu. It's tomorrow.

I'm thinking of doing my marinated cajun shrimp instead. The girls really love that recipe. Also my bean salsa. They love that too. I have some smoked salmon spread that I made with my own smoked salmon, so I will make some tortilla spirals with that and have a "heavy oersdeovres(sp)" fun lunch. I so wish that I could serve some white sangria, or the lovely French Rose that they have again at our Costco. Nectarines are cheap and ripe, so I'm making individual crumbles.
