The recipes look sooooo good. I always had trouble baking with flours that were not AP or Cake flour. This book makes it so much easier to use the whole grain flours. There are desserts as well as breads. I'll try some of the recipes next week and if they are good, I will post some.

 
I made the banana/walnut quick bread - yummmmm

It was very moist and tasty - no "wheaty" taste at all. Instead on one loaf I made 36 mini muffins. I also made a second batch and substituted mini-chocolate chips for the walnuts. Also yummy.

People at work were surprise to hear they were made with wheat instead of AP. They couldn't taste the difference.
