I just saw an old Cook's Country rerun TV show for Spinach Lasagna, and of course, their recipe is

blocked out at their web site. Would anyone happen to have a copy of that Dec 2011/January 2012 magazine and mind copying that recipe here for me? They did an interesting twist in squeezing out the spinach liquid BUT saving it to later add and pulse in with the ricotta cheese to make the cheese smoother and creamier. It piqued my curiosity, and I'd like to try it sometime. TIA!

GayR, yr sleuthing powers amaze me! U should seriously become a private eye. I searched high &

low for that recipe--thinking someone must have posted it on somebody's blog somewhere--but could not turn up a thing, and there you have found it on a Cook's Country site, no less. I am in awe. Do U ever conduct Internet SEARCH classes? Methinks I would do well to attend one w/ you as the instructor...thanks so very much! Caryn aka Wigs

Hey Gay...I have one for you. It is from an old magazine that

I bought at Von's supermarket in their fish department. I cannot remember the name, but I found a recipe in it for Spicy Fish Soup/Chowder/Something or other. It was tomato-based and it had you cook the dry pasta right in with the soup. I loved it. I certainly could duplicate it, but it bugs me that I have never been able to find it again. Here you go! smileys/smile.gif If you can't, no big deal, it is just one of those annoying things that I would like to file away; like that Jeff Smith's I could never find that I wrote down while watching his television program. I did finally find it though, woo hoo!

I have 2 or 3 Jeff Smith cookbooks.

Let me know if you want me to look for something in them.

Your Amazing Link to Cooks Country Season 5. Many thanks.

There are some delicious recipes here that I am going to start making tomorrow. Tried to open this site to Season 4, no luck. What's the secret to more of these beautiful recipes? Thanks again.

I actually found my yellowed piece of note paper that I had

written the recipe on. Thanks for the offer!
