a gold mine! Go to "www.epicurious.com". Scroll down just a bit until you see the title to click on that was inside my quotation marks abve, or you can merely click on the punch bowl. Then click on the phrase "Lost Christmas Menu of GOURMET" printed in green lettering from the first sentence in the paragraph that begins, "The Lost Christmas Menu of Gourmet" is a little intense, but it's so much fun--especially if you give yourself a few days to cook it, rather than trying to jam all the prep into one crazy day.

And voila, as soon as the screen fills, you'll have SEVERAL recipes to print and/or read through.

**Be sure to read the Reviews for the Beef Rib Roast with Garlic and Rosemary as they give some more up-to-date cooking instructions.

Also, the Cranberry-Pistachio Baked Alaska has another recipe inside it to click on which directs you to a specific Citrus Pound Cake recipe to use.

I hope I have all the above clearly spelled out. Merry Christmas! wigs

And yours is a much more direct link than mine. Thank you so much, Michael--a geek I am NOT. Sigh.
