I know we addressed this before but I forgot: How long will "whipped" cream last in the fridge

I use confectioner's sugar, which has cornstarch in it. It lasts at least 3 days, usually more.

 
If it gets "weepy" drain off the excess fluid and GENTLY rewhip. You won't be able to go to stiff

peaks, but you can at least save it.
