I love this parmesan crisp bowl.

I made these for a bookclub dinner a few years back. easy and do-ahead. just fill before serving

 
Had tiny (like pecan tassie size) filled with greens at a tea party. Angie's right. Wait to fill.

You can either form them inside the mini-tart pan or turn over and form on the underside. Better chance of it holding shape that way.
