I had the last of my Hatch peppers to use up fast, and red and green jalapenos and yellow wax peppers were in so I mixed them all up for festive jars. the big one is for us! and I have leftover syrup to use for more peppers or for basting meats.http://www.eat.at/swap/forum/index.php?action=display&forumid=1&msgid=172587

on/in cream cheese for quick appetizer. on tacos/beef sandwiches/BBQ, moose burgers

relish trays, on any sandwich, egg salad, on top of deviled eggs for a really devilish egg! baste meats with the syrup/juice.
