I had a few simple greens from my garden...parsley, italian dandelion, salad burnett...new zealand ivy with edible flowers...used that to place roasted sweet potato on, mixed with roasted red peppers,pine nuts and goat cheese
Good flavor, colorful. A very nice change for a salad.
