the house smelled so good we could not fall asleep. I make a much smaller batch, using less oil and no water, since the zucchini and tomato lets off enough liquid, no mint either, but I add more garlic and some red pepper and the cheese at the very end. Can't wait for dinner tonight! Recipe is found in T&T vegetables.
