I made Daisy's Peruvian chcken posted at 24215 last night. WOW. It was so delicious-

I told my s-i-l "don't forget to put on the aji verde sauce'. He

said I will use it for the rice - the chicken is too good to put

anything on it. The sauce was gobbled up as well.

I think the only difference was I used the molasses and not

as much and since we don't have limes all year, I used the last of my jiuce from my freezer and guessed at the amt.

Do try it - I am now a Daisy fan!! Thanks for posting this

 
I forgot to mention that I baked it in my oven for a bit over an hour. Also I marinated it from the

night before until about 5:30 pm the next day. I believe that the marinating is truly important as she says.

 
I think I'll try Michael's other one (thanks Michael) at Holy Pollo, since

I have most of those ingredients already. Sounds good!

It WAS very good. I like the taste combination of the beer, soy, and the cumin.

Or was that my tweaky combination of the two? ;o)
