I made Fat Honey Cookies. My sons commented that they were very good

I love how easy they were and that I had all the ingredients on hand. I also love Ruth Moulton's ball cookies, (FoodTV's Sara's recipe), They're like Fat Honey Cookies where you roll into balls, but they flatten out completely. They're chewy, spicy, delicious, but, I don't always have molasses on hand.
