I made nlb's Key Lime Cheesecake for a party and this gadget saved me fingers and time!!!

I first saw it on a Rick Bayless show. The WS smaller insert is a great idea!!

Many years ago my Aunt in Los Alamos gave me one

that she had gotten in Mexico. It is unfinished metal, but works great. I buy 5 lbs of limes and squeeze a bunch for my iced tea.

Years ago my mom gave me one...

I confess I had no idea what it was and she didn't either! She had seen it in a cooking store and bought it, thinking I'd know what it was. We both laughed. It took me a few years to find out that it was a citrus juicer!

I have an el cheapo one from Big Lots - love it! My DS loves to use it, too, so it

makes it more enticing to work on kitchen projects when we get the squeezer out.

I Love mine too (more)

and what I also love is that I bought it at Marshalls for $5.99. They had a green one for limes and an orange one for oranges.

I use this all the time.
