I made several recipes for Christmas which were outstanding!

First, John worked at Honey Baked Ham over Thanksgiving and Christmas and wow the perks! He worked for 5 hours for 5 days for each of them and every day he came home with either ham or turkey sandwiches for each of us. They are huge and include a bag of chips and a soda for each one. And an 11# ham at the end. Nice job eh? All I did, besides giving large portions to neighbors, was make sides and there are a couple I want to share. One is the Honey Baked Ham mashed sweet potato casserole that he had a sample of and it is really good. Goes great with ham as well. The other is a fantastic bread pudding from Giada at FN. Wowza!! Seriously good.

What a fun job John had! Love the perks! I am sure while many customers are stressed, I have

heard nothing but positive reviews about how great their hams / sides are. So, guessing that the customers are hopefully in the holiday spirit, knowing that their dishes are going to be amazing!

Thanks for sharing your story and Johns recipes! I am sure your neighbors love you!
