I expected but I had some wonderful repeat customers and some wonderful new ones. I made:

Stuffed Pepper Soup ala barb_b and Dawn/NYS

Chicken Pot Pie Soup w/ Pie Crust Topping

Chicken Salad w/ Sun-dried Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts

Dilled Tuna Salad

Claremont Salad ala charlie

Greek Chicken Pasta Salad ala me

Barley Salad ala me

Orzo Salad ala me adapted from Couscous Carnivale

The salads were some ideas I have for the Farmer's Market and were a flying success. I loved the Claremont Salad, and it will be a regular on my rotation. I had high compliments on the food and the word is getting around. Thanks again everyone for all of your ideas and help!

Nice the word is getting around! I love dilled tuna salad and would'a bought it if

I was there ;o) Greek Chicken Pasta Salad sounds good too...

Didn't someone ask about what to do with leftover doughnuts? I froze a bunch

of apple fritters and raised doughnut twists. Wasn't there something about making trifles with them or bread pudding? I suck at the search engine here so if someone could direct me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Whoops, did a search for the Greek Chicken Pasta Salad and I couldn't find it here. Could you post

it when you get a chance? TIA!

I just made it up, but I will tell you what I put in it.

I used chopped cooked chicken breasts (I cut into a small chop), then I added chopped cucumber, red onion, celery, chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil), artichoke hearts (canned or marinated would work), fresh dill, dried basil and extra-virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste. I used Barilla's mini penne shape. I love their mini shapes, especially there bow ties. They are perfect for pasta salads. Oh salt and pepper to taste, of course.
