I made the Orange/Cranberry relish for Thanksgiving

that is just the two ingrediants combined in the food processor. I have some left and was wondering if I could use this for an orange/cranberry quick bread? Any ideas on converting a recipe to use it?

I think it would be great in a bread. not knowing the recipe, I would guess start with 1/2 cup and

adjust the liquid a bit in the recipe if the relish is juicy. i'm just guessing that if a recipe calls for 1 cup of fresh cranberries, they would grind up to maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup??
