I made this Pepperoni Bread from Culinaryinthecountry. SO GOOD!

I brought it in for lunch today with a ceasar salad. I was out of pepperoni, so I used ham and sprinkled it with mixed shredded cheese and some of my frozen chives from the garden and some spinach leaves. mine split a bit from over-stuffing(I always tend to add too much), but it's still really nice. This is a really nice dough. I made it in my bread machine while I took the dog for a walk then rolled and stuffed it and baked in the oven. such pretty slices on a platter.http://desertculinary.blogspot.com/2005/05/pepperoni-bread.html

Glad you gave this a try AngAk!

The dough for the bread is a dream to work with! I'll have to note down your changes and give it a try sometime. I've been meaning to try it with cooked crumbles of Italian sausage instead of the pepperoni too!

the dough really is so easy to work with and the combinations are endless.

I used all 3 cups of flour in the bread machine and then added about 2T extra water after it formed a ball. It probably took longer to make in the bread machine than by hand, but I was multi-tasking that evening. I really love most all of your recipes----the oatmeal risotto may be lower on the list though! I'll be making some doggie treats for our canine friends this weekend. I just love Wisconsin! Honeymooned at Lake Lawn Lodge, Lake Delavan and church retreats at Lake Geneva----many moons ago!
