the poster didn't give any advice on how this is served. Tortillas? black beans and rice? I'm thinking some baked sweet potatoes would be a nice flavor combination with the pork. I couldn't find any "mojo" sauce, but found a cuban lime/garlic marinade---and then after I made this I remembered Moyn's Mojo marinade and that would have been terrific. haven't made the sauce yet, but will tomorrow night.
