I adapted mine from the recipe below from Zaar. I would have liked the almonds and raisins in this too, but I didn't have any.
Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad
2 large stalks broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 large head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1 medium red onion, quartered and thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup frozen baby peas
12 oz bacon, cut into bite-size pieces (use scissors to cut into small slices)and fried until crisp
1 cup real mayo
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar (or Splenda)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all the salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a small mixing bowl mix the mayo, sugar and vinegar until smooth. Pour over salad and toss until salad is well-coated with dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2 1/2-3 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup sunflower seed
1/2 cup slivered almond
1/2 cup golden raisin
10-12 slices of crumbly bacon
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
Mix the sugar, mayo and vinegar with a little black pepper and pour over the salad.
