I miss you guys. I'm having serious withdrawls and frozen pizza! :-(

In an attemt to get everything ready in the new house and to get all our stuff moved from the old one to the new, I and my boyfriend have spent every awake hour as carpenters and painters the last weeks.

I don't even have time to cook so we are currently living on frozen pizza and take out chinese and I'm craving a home made meal so much I cannot find words!

I just wanted to let you know that I'm still with you in spirit, and as soon as the last stroke of paint is done I will be back!!!

I just wanted to let you know that I miss you a ton and I see some great recipes that have been posted on here since I visited and I cannot wait to try them!

My kitchen IS wonderful!! Let me brag smileys/wink.gif

I am indeed keeping my 30 feet counter space (no way am I giving that up!), a big fridge and two ovens!!
I also get a pantry in the basement which has a floor to ceiling wine rack!! Woohoo!

We are currently working on the bathroom and the laundry room, but we hope to have everything done as soon as possible. We are waiting for the bathroom furniture to be delivered. Then we need a plumber, and then we'll be done!

I cannot wait to start trying out some of the recipes you have posted lately. They look soo good!

Marilyn, tell Larry that my counter space will be the same, don't worry, but when you come visit, we are sending the guys out fishing so we can have the kitchen all to ourselves smileys/wink.gif

I will definitely post pictures when we're done! We are almost done with the renovation

but the bathroom hasn't arrived yet according to schedule (the word "scedule" is quite interesting. I have found that very little happens according to "schedule" in a renovating process.)

We have lived half there and half at the house we are renting like forever now. We don't want to move too much into the new house before we are done. Still we need some stuff there because we spend so much time there. It will be nice to finally have everything in one place and not have to drive back and forth.
