I need to make 2 appetizers for NYE; thinking Rosie's / Barbara's Shrimp and Sesame Sticks w/dip

Any thoughts on what would be a second? I would like to keep the flavors the same....I am trying to think of an appetizer that would also use the same dip that I can make a large platter....

They had the sticks pictured in mini glasses on epi...I am thinking of just laying them down and having an alternative appetizer in a spoke style....

Any thoughts? I do not do deep frying....

Chicken would be great with the sauce, ie, chicken fingers, etc...

(I make a main dish sesame chicken with a similar apricot sauce,and it's fantastic).
