I need to make 3 dozen "bite sized" cookies as a donation to a holiday bake sale.

Cyn, Go through the 14 cookies included in the above link....there are more mini cookies.

Candy bar brownies

I made a batch this weekend for guests using the 9x13"-size brownie mix (with 3 eggs, coffee for the water and a tbs or 2 of cocoa powder mixed in) baked in an 8x8" pan using 2-4oz Symphony toffee almond bars (sandwiched between brownie batter layers). Cut at 6x6 (36), each was a perfect, chubby bite! Easy, too!

Not a cookie. Colleen

Toll House cookies made in a mini muffin pan would be bite sized....

The cookies stay nice and chewy, and are good with a dab of chocolate frosting.

Tassies are also bite sized smileys/smile.gif

Brownie Miniatures (Makes 24)

Brownie Miniatures

1/3 cup (75 mL) packed brown sugar
1/4 cup (50 mL) butter
3 oz (90 g) semi sweet chocolate
1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup (75 mL) all purpose flour
24 chocolate Rosebuds

In saucepan, over low heat, melt sugar, butter and chocolate, stirring until chocolate is
just melted. Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute; blend in vanilla and egg. Gently fold in flour just until blended. Spoon into tiny paper baking cups. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Remove from oven; set Rosebud on top of each; let cool. (Store in airtight container for up to 1 week or in freezer for up to 3 months.) Makes about 2 dozen.

I love those! Where'd you get yours from?

I saw those when she first posted them, but you could only buy them from some European ebay seller or something!

Do they sell them in the US somewhere? So cute!

I've used a few of the WS ones, and I just love the imprints. The cookies are sooo cute, and you don't have to decorate much. I have the
WS animal cracker set, as well as last year's fall leaves (this year's set is a little different - I don't have the cute acorn). They're pretty easy to use.

I'm trying to think of a clever phrase to put on my Christmas cookies smileys/smile.gif
