I really like the Feta Turkey Burgers from our local

upscale natural market so I asked for the nutrition info on their Facebook page as I was hoping they were a good option for healthy dinner. ACK! 530 calories/230 calories from fat. You'd be better off with a regular burger. They are using really fatty ground turkey because all that is in them is turkey, feta (not a lot), breadcrumbs and scallions.

Also looked at some Jennie O turkey breakfast links. 130 calories, 100 calories from fat. Same deal, no better than regular pork breakfast sausage.

Sigh.....

Except pork is the hardest meat for humans to digest. I have a friend

who is studying to be a natural doctor. She has told me horror stories about what the human body's organs go through to digest pork cuts, any pork cut. I can't give up grilled jalepenos stuffed with shrimp and cream cheese, and wrapped in bacon, or my holiday pea salas with maple smoked bacon.

OH, Melissa, I'm so sorry, I forgot about this post

A natural doctor certified by one of 3 colleges in this country. It's too much for me to explain. I'll get you a website, and I'll pm you, to let you know I did answer. Sorry.
