strawberry jelly using it and love the results. This is a new product.

I had a lot of strawberry syrup at the bottom of a half gallon container (I had eaten almost all of the fruit). Decided to try this product to make jelly. Just used the directions for jam. It isn't quite as stiff a some jellies, but is quite a a bit thicker than syrup. It tastes like fresh fruit.

 
I love freezer jam, but was too lazy to make it this summer. It always tastes like my grandma -

that's the kind she always made and I remember eating right out of the freezer by the spoonful when I went to visit her.
