using Shrimp Scampi Ravioli that sounded so good. I found it at Target Superstore and used their recipe for Lemon Pepper Cream. Wow! It was delicious! I also picked up the Crab ravioli and I probably will try the others as well. The Spicy Beef and Sausage sounds really good. I put a link to their site for the "Riserva" product.

1/2 cup white wine

I've never like their ravioli products, but I see new varieties

maybe they have improved? For years we have been buying ravioli made by a family in San Francisco. They are the old fashioned type of ravioli like you used to get in the old Italian restaurants in the 50's.

I don't have any families making ravioli smileys/wink.gif other than me and that's

not very pretty. I bought the a package of cheese ravioli years ago and it was so-so but I was really drawn to try these. We really loved the Shrimp Scampi with the lemon cream sauce. Really nice! And I will be trying the crab soon, just trying to decide what to put on them. They have a recipe on their site pairing the crab with a parsley, walnut sauce that sounds interesting. I'll definitely buy the Scampi again.

I buy it at Granzella's in Williams, CA plus the meat sauce that is made to go with it

The brand name is Genova and it comes from
Dominic's Original Genova Delicatessen, Inc in Oakland, California

Thanks orchid, I wondered about those, so will give them a try.

I like ravioli, it makes a quick and easy meal. Some days I don't have the time and/or the energy to devote to cooking more involved dinner, but don't want take away.

These are perfect!

You're welcome. I highly recommend the Shrimp Scampi with

this lemon cream sauce. Fits the fast, easy and delicious category. Hope you like it.

Oh my gosh! I am laughing here!! This was in 2005 for heavens

sake. I honestly forgot about using it and John just said today that he thought we had tried the beef and sausage! We had the crab today and it was really good also. A definite crab cake flavor. John wants to try the lobster next.
