It's from her Everyday Dorie book, which I don't have, so I used the recipe at the link. Juicy inside, with crisp skin and excellent flavor. And it sits on a bed of vegetables! Delicious.
Easter lunch was:
-a few deviled eggs (since it was just the three of us)
-herbed goat cheese w/ baguette
-Lemon Fennel Chicken with potatoes and carrots
-salad w/ vinaigrette, grapefruit sections, and almonds
-Key Lime Pie
Then we let our child burn off approximately 30 pieces of chocolate at the playground for the next two hours. smileys/wink.gif
