I think I've started a trend. Even the French have caught on to cassoulet.

Let's go one year! Sounds like a great time. I'm craving a cassoulet

so I guess I'm going to have to give in and make another one soon. I was just talking with a chef about it last night - I think they are all 'suprised' that I have made them as nobody does them. Seems that most chefs have never even made one from scratch.

 
I remember you did it with the flu--beyond the call of duty. Your next one will be easier and it

will blow those chefs out of the water.
