I usually make my tomato soup from scratch - but tried this

one last night - and was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was very good. I added some whipping cream because that's what I was trying to use up.

Thanks Betty. Soup makes me happy with this cold weather. My friend served tom soup at tea last

week. I loved her presentation. She served in tea cups; and instead of croutons, she had small cut up pieces of grilled cheese sandwiches that she made using her panini. Fun presentation, and was interesting twist.
