wondering if I could make it into cupcakes. Would that work? If so, how long would I bake them?

I thought I would do it with the Ina Garten pb frosting.

I've never done that, but I don't see why you couldn't. I'd bake at 350 for 20 minutes and then...

...check for doneness with a toothpick.
