over 10 years ago for a Christmas Eve buffet. I wanted something a little unusual and something that, for me, said Christmas. And tangerines always say that for me since while growing up, we had Tangerines once a year at Christmas.

 
Not only the great flavor but the method is great. Making it a syrup really coats them. Yum!
