maybe I should do a twist on it and make pumpkin rice pudding with dried cranberries. I Googled it and sure enough there are a zillion recipes for pumpkin rice pudding. I thought, well maybe they don't use dried cranberries, I went down through a few recipes and sure enough, there was one using dried cranberries. Acckkk!

I think that sounds wonderful though and I've never heard of that twist...
