a very old recipe in a free online book from archived books. it is a great read. the recipe is found on page 48, not in the Pie chapter. I posted the blog link, and she posts the archived book link(the Cornell link).

I baked this Caramel Mascarpone Pumpkin Pie last year

I really enjoyed this pie by Gesine Bullock-Prado last year. I didn't however, attempt the homemade puff crust or the attractive letters.

Loved the richness of the mascarpone in the whipped cream topping.
