I wonder if you can freeze the Roasted Toma Red Pepper Gazpacho. I don't see why not.

I think it's time for me to call it a day and have a cocktail. I read this as "roasted Tuna"

You sure can Luisa, I do it all the time. I look for good prices for the

veggies and then I make multiple batches. Remember I said my hubby takes a small thermos of this EVERY single working day? He loves it!!! I'm going tomorrow to get Romas and red bells that are reasonably priced and will make many batches. I want to add here that I have been looking at $4.99# for red bell peppers and tomatoes for $1.89# so tomorrow I will pay $.99 for the bells and $.89 for the tomatoes. I'll make many batches and freeze. I should add that I don't add the Sherry vinegar or the Tabasco when I freeze. I add it when I am ready to use it just to add that freshness to it. I don't know that it matters though. But it freezes great!

Good to know! I certainly will try freezing. I have MANY roma tomato plants this year

due to accidental overplanting (mismarked plants) so I will be picking again today.
