Why? We want details, details. smileys/smile.gif I'm mad, because of the lousy Coffee Break Muffins I made from

her book, which were immediately thrown in the garbage. On the other hand, her Chocolate Ganache Ice Cream is outstanding, in spite of the fact that the most important step is missing in the instructions.

 
I just HAD to have the Carmel & Balsamic Vinegar Gelato when I was in a

kitchie cafe in Healdsburg, Calif (near Napa Valley) (I had a taste first ) and it was awesomely good!
