I'd like to make spicy peanuts out of some lightly salted and roasted peanuts. Any suggestions or

Not T&T, but this looks good. I LOVE lime with nuts. Recent favorite is chili/lime almonds. Can't

stop eating the darn things. (see IMAGE link for the version I like)

I even jury-rigged a similar powder to put on popcorn:

Dried lime powder
Kosher salt
California chili powder
Black pepper

Grind together in the old coffee grinder.

Curious, for your peanuts, you'd probably need to adjust the salt in the linked recipe since yours is already lightly salted. I tried Paula Deen's Spicy Peanuts and found them a bit "boring" after the chili/lime almonds.

Here are two that might work for you Curious...

These aren't tried and true, but the ones from Zaar are highly rated. Let us know how they turn out.

Thanks guys, these look good. Marilyn, if you get a chance, try Jardine's Texacali peanuts. They

got me started on this quest. I've not found them yet in Florida, I got them at the Jardine's factory store in Buda, TX.
