I'd like to make the 10 inch round loaf of Dakota Bread in one or two loaf pans. Can

I'm sure it is doable. I would take the dough after the first rise and divide it into 2 pieces.

My guess (from the amount of flour and cereal) is that it will make 2 "normal" size loaves--8 or 9 X 4" pans.

Form into loaves the size of the pan and let rise.

 
Cyn, I have made Dakota Bread in loaf pans many times. It works great.

Dakota Bread is my favorite seedy/nutty bread. I make it a couple times a month.
