I halve the recipe and the cooking time of 18 minutes has been pretty consistent. I use kosher salt and add just enough of the evoo and lemon juice to make a fairly thick glaze. I glaze once or twice while the fish cooks. That reserved sauce is a must!
I love Ina Garten's Salmon Salad - sooooo yummy! Flaked leftover salmon, celery, capers,
and some other stuff tossed with a light vinaigrette. I serve it over mixed greens or arugula. Or mixed greens with a healthy dose of arugula smileys/smile.gif
