If I am going to freeze corn, would you cook

it first? Or freeze it raw? Off the cob or on? I have at least a dozen ears that I want to "process" before they lose their sweetness.

Hey, can I can it somehow? Adding liquid?...

 
I don't bother to blanch anymore...

We either freeze the cobs whole, or strip them clean and freeze the kernels on cookies sheets so they don't freeze in a clump.
